Arabic vocabulary courses

Moving to another country is difficult when language barriers exist. This forum should be used to help provide language learning resources.

Arabic vocabulary courses

Postby AbuElyas » May 30, 2016

I previously mentioned the website memrise as an interesting learning site for vocabulary. Al hamdulillah, there are several arabic courses in there. To highlight a few of the quranic arabic courses:

1) 80% of Qur'anic Words (nouns and verbs)
2) Quranic Verbs
3) 80% of Quranic Verbs

Other non-Quran specific:

1) 1500 arabic verbs by frequency

There are more than these. This is just a highlight of what looked interesting on my first look through them.

Since Islamic Online University changed its arabic courses to follow the Madinah arabic curriculum, I took a look at some of the available Madinah arabic courses on memrise. They seem to have less details or a few mistakes on words, so I'm going to start a new one to match up with the IOU course.

First one: IOU ARB 101 - Madinah Book 1 (part 1)
